FAQHow do I download freeware programs from this website?
There are two ways to proceed. First of all you can add freeware programs to your cart as if you were buying a product for the price of €0,00. After you have placed your order, it will be processed and you will receive an e-mail once your selected freeware program is ready for download.
The second option is the easiest and fastest for you. On all freeware product pages, you will find a "Direct download" button. Press this button and proceed with the download.
The look of the program on my pc differs from the screenshots in your webshop, why is this?
Most of our screenshots were taken on a pc with Windows7 as operating system. When you then use the program on a pc running WindowsXP for example, it might look different, but the functionality remains the same.
Do you do special projects, i.e. custom made software and/or hardware?

I can't put anything in my cart, what is wrong?
You probably have "cookies" disabled in your internet browser. You need to enable them in order to put products into your basket. Please refer to the help section of your browser if you are unsure on how to enable them.
When I try to log in, I get redirected to the home page, what is wrong?
